Search across your entire library and get the right key in front of you instantly. Copy license keys or email addresses with one click, or drag them directly into another app. Preview attached receipts and PDFs with Quick Look. Open vendor websites, download pages, and activation links — all without leaving the record.

License Store tracks whether each license is valid, expired, or only out of updates. That distinction matters: an updates-expired license often still works fine; knowing the difference saves a panic purchase. Each record shows the status clearly so you always know where you stand before you need it.

License Store doesn't lock your data in. Sync across all your Macs with iCloud, rely on automatic local backups for an offline safety net, and export your full library as CSV, JSON, or a native .ls file whenever you like. Power users can also automate routine actions using license-store://add and license-store://show URL schemes.
