First impression is great. Many tools do something similar, but so far, out of the box, this seems promising.

Pinchbar is a neat little utility — lightweight, fast, and gets out of your way. Exactly what a text AI tool should be. That said, I'm a bit disappointed it only supports Setapp AI and Apple Intelligence. It would be significantly more useful if it allowed users to configure a custom base_url, API token, and model name — so you could plug in your own provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, local models via Ollama, etc.). A lot of power users already have API subscriptions they'd love to reuse here. Hope the team considers opening this up. Would make Pinchbar genuinely hard to replace.
