Most calendars show you a month and call it a day. popCalendar puts month, year, and two-year views right in your menu bar. Open it with a click, detach it into a resizable window, or go fullscreen. Pair a month sidebar with two years, then add a live clock and a background you like.

Connect the calendars already set up on your Mac, then browse, create, and edit events without switching apps. All-day and multi-day events show up as circles or colored bands. PTO, release windows, trips, and on-call shifts are easy to spot across months and years.

Drag across months and years to pick the dates that matter, then move, resize, or undo them. Hold Option to select a rectangle of weekends, or Control to combine separate selections. Save a selection as a named, colored plan and show several at once with a legend. Rotating schedule? Alternate two colors, like 28 days on and 28 days off.

Group calendars into saved sets for work, personal life, or anything else. Give each set its own time filter to show events starting inside or outside chosen hours. Overnight windows and minute precision are covered, and all-day events get their own setting.

Turn your calendar, selected dates, or a saved plan into an image. Preview it first, pick light or dark, and choose what to show: backgrounds, clocks, event circles, bands, and details. Hide empty month rows for a compact plan, even across New Year. Event names and details stay hidden by default.

Add analog, digital, or hybrid clocks and a background of your own. Set chimes with built-in sounds, your own audio, or spoken time. Get reminders for events and saved ranges, including fullscreen meeting alerts. Plans, calendar sets, and working-day rules sync through iCloud, and you can turn syncing off on each Mac.
