You can also customize the skip behavior: skip anytime, skip after a delay, or lock breaks so you can’t skip. Just set it and forget it, or adapt on the go.

Helpful and unobtrusive enough but also noticeable enough to remind me to adjust my posture and take quick breaks. Automatically pauses itself during video calls and also easy to pause manually.

Althouth it can be annoying at times, it has made me give my eyes some rest when working for long stretches, and the suggestions to move/stretch are also great.
