Vexel is a text to speech app for Mac that does more than read. Paste an article, drop in a document, or type as you go — Vexel reads it back in voices that sound like people. Hand it a topic instead and it writes the script: two or three hosts talking it through, in the language and the length you pick. Then it performs the whole thing.

Give Vexel a topic or an article and it comes back with a real conversation — two or three hosts unpacking the subject, not one voice reading at you. Set the style, the language, and how many minutes it should run. Every line stays editable. (Needs Setapp AI+.)
A cast, not a narrator
Each host gets their own voice. Swap them around, tune how they deliver, and play the episode back on a timeline until it sounds like something you’d actually listen to.
Voices worth listening to
Cloud voices in English, Ukrainian, German, Arabic, and Portuguese — plus every voice already installed on your Mac. Adjust delivery per voice so it reads the way you’d say it.
Feed it whatever you’ve got
Paste text, import a document, or dictate. Vexel reads what you hand it.
Now in eight languages
The app itself speaks English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Ukrainian, Japanese, and Arabic. Most switch the moment you pick one; Arabic asks for a quick restart to flip the layout.
Some voices work offline
The voices already on your Mac keep working with no connection.

Basura de hace 20 años. Para Español tiene 18 voces en local y suenan a sintetizador de los 80s inentendibles. Cualquier IA te crea una app mas util que esto sin despeinarse

Pas de voix française dans le Cloud ni en local par défaut. Si vous tapez un texte en français, il trouvera par margie des voix française, mais dignes d'une synthèse vocale des années 2010... Franchement, passez votre chemin si vous voulez faire du français !
